1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of this Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Content & Accuracy

We aim to keep our political reference information — office held, party affiliation, constituency and electoral history — accurate and current, drawing on Election Commission of India records, assembly records and official party channels. Political information changes frequently and we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. If you spot an error, please tell us and we will correct it.

3. Opinion Polls

Polls on this Site are open, self-selecting online opinion polls. They are not randomised or weighted samples and are not intended to forecast election results. Results reflect only the views of those who chose to vote. You may vote once per poll; attempting to manipulate a result through repeat or automated voting is a breach of these Terms and we may discard such votes.

You must not use the Site's polls to campaign for or against a candidate in a manner that breaches Indian election law, including any Election Commission of India silence-period restrictions that may apply.

4. User-Generated Content & Conduct

When you submit a poll, comment or message, you grant SuperstarElection.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on the Site. You are solely responsible for what you submit and must ensure it is truthful, non-defamatory, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Because this Site deals with politics, we specifically prohibit content that: is defamatory of any individual; incites violence or hatred; targets any person or group on the basis of religion, caste, community, language, gender or sexual orientation; or is knowingly false. We remove such content and may block the account or address responsible.

5. Political Neutrality

SuperstarElection.com is not owned by, funded by, or affiliated with any political party, candidate or campaign. Listing a politician or party on the Site, or including them in a poll, is not an endorsement. We accept no payment in exchange for coverage, poll placement, or a favourable profile.

6. Right of Reply & Corrections

If you are a politician, party official or an authorised representative and believe your profile on this Site contains an inaccuracy, write to editorial@superstarelection.com. We will review the request and correct any verified error, and note the correction where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All editorial content, logos, graphics, and software on this Site are the property of SuperstarElection.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Politician photographs and party symbols remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference purposes.

8. Third-Party Links & Advertising

The Site contains links to third-party websites and may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other networks. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. The display of advertisements does not constitute an endorsement, and advertisers have no influence over our editorial content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperstarElection.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on any information herein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
